Order cancellation eligibility depends on the current processing status of the order:

Orders placed within 48 hours and not yet shipped may be canceled by submitting a cancellation request.

Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or orders that have already entered the shipping process cannot be canceled.
If the order has already been shipped, customers may contact us to request a return and refund after the package has been delivered.

Depending on the processing efficiency of the banking institution, refunds are typically completed within 3–7 business days.
